Our Story
Hi, my name in Numnueng, and I am from Pattaya in Chonburi province. I was working as a taxi driver in the region for some time now, and I decided to start my own business in partnership with another company that was already providing similar services to businesses in the area.
We started Thai Taxi by Numnueng primarily to cater to tourists, but as we were working for local businesses before, we already had a standard of service that was above most of the taxi services in Pattaya.
At Numnueng's Thai Taxi, we are passionate about our customer service and will always put the customer first.

FAQs
How do I make a booking? Go to our booking page, fill in the form and submit. We will get back to you as soon as possible with email confirmation, usually within 30 minutes.
How can I cancel my booking? Easy. Just call or email us and let us know. Please cancel and give us notice at least a two hours before your trip so we can notify the driver.
I'm arriving at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport, where do I go? After you have collected your bags and passed through Customs, head to the meeting point at exit number 3 and look for your name.
What if I leave something in the vehicle? If you do happen to leave something in the vehicle, don't worry. Call us or email us straight away and we will contact the driver for you. Our cars are checked by the driver after each trip, just in case.
Are your drivers licensed and insured? All of our drivers are licensed and insured in case of any accident.
What about your vehicles? Our vehicles are all modern, clean, comfortable and safe. They have air-conditioning so you can keep cool on your journey.
What languages do you speak? We speak English and Thai.
Do you provide car or bike hire service? Not at the moment, no. However, you can book us for a day. Contact us to find out our rates.
